I have to say that the support you get from Chicagoland F&C is really terrific. Jennifer bends over backwards to ensure that you are taken care of and follows up if there is even the smallest concern.  Well worth your time to check with them when you have a fireplace or chimney job to get done!!!

Nick’s crew tuck-pointed a large areas on an outside wall of a 100-year-old four story walk-up.  Visually the work is stunning – you can’t tell anything has been done in a hundred years!  Technically, my “peeps” say Chicagoland Fireplace & Chimney did a quality job which should withstand decades of weather.

My experience with Chicagoland fireplace has been great. Jennifer was very nice and responsive and Johnny who actually installed my new gas fireplace unit was phenomenal. He took his time installing a gas line and spent the with my husband and I to show us how it worked. You could tell this was not just a job for him but a life work. He demonstrated  pride and integrity in his work. I would recommend the company and Johnny.

After two years and several companies later, Johnny from Chicagoland Fireplace and Chimney Restoration Co.  came to our rescue on a gas log fire that wouldn’t stay lit.   Not only did he fix our problem but he went above and beyond and safely sealed up a hole to the outside that had been letting in the cold winter air.  Johnny was professional, honest, friendly  and extremely informative.  As if that wasn’t enough, he called us the next day to ensure the fire was still working and to check to ensure our family room was warm enough.  Would definitely recommend   Johnny to anyone in need.  Thanks Johnny!

After much frustration and spending over $1000.00 with another chimney company trying to figure out the downdraft issue in our condo building, I called Chicagoland Fireplace and spoke with Vince. He knew immediately what the issue was, explained two different options on how to take care of it (we went with the slightly more expensive option to get it 100% right!) and we couldn’t be more relieved. We can finally can use our third floor fireplace without smoking out the neighbors below. If you want your chimney/fireplace issue fixed the first time, call these guys -they knew what they are doing!!
